Golden Star F.C.'s Inocencio Jordy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Star F.C. from getting a goal against them. Golden Star F.C. were furious when Tobias Jon was red carded, 6 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 6 minutes into the game, one of Golden Star F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 9th minute, the referee gave Saint Seiya F.C. a penalty. Gaspar Sidro looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Inocencio Jordy. Julio Curcio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Inocencio Jordy made a huge save. In the 13th minute, Gaspar Sidro had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Jose Luzaide's late challenge caught a Saint Seiya F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Luzaide helped the player get up and apologised. Jose Luzaide hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Saint Seiya F.C.'s Esteban Cordearo came free and shot a quick shot against goal 16 minutes in the game, fortunately Inocencio Jordy had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The supporters of Saint Seiya F.C. booed when Golden Star F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Bidari didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Saint Seiya F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roque Domiku came free, but Victorino Ciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Cristobal Laurentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inocencio Jordy was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Julio Curcio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julio Curcio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Leo Musko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee showed Leo Musko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Golden Star F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Julio Curcio scored to the left of an out of position Inocencio Jordy, making the score, 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ovidio Cambranes to make the kick off. Inocencio Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Curcio in the 53rd minute of play. Victorino Ciano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Musko's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes Saint Seiya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Amaro. After some careless play in the Saint Seiya F.C. defense, Leo Musko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Ciano. The Saint Seiya F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Ciano should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Musko in the 65th minute of play forced Saint Seiya F.C.'s goalkeeper Victorino Ciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Cambranes in the 68th minute of play forced Golden Star F.C.'s goalkeeper Inocencio Jordy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Saint Seiya F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esbjörn Fernström to maneuver through the defense. In the 74thth minute of the game Leo Musko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saint Seiya F.C.'s Victorino Ciano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victorino Ciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Luzaide, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Leo Musko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albano Obeko kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Esteban Cordearo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Cambranes in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Golden Star F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Domiku to maneuver through the defense. When Saint Seiya F.C.'s Ovidio Cambranes in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Star F.C.'s Leo Musko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorino Ciano. That made the score 5-2 after 97 minutes of play. When the referee ended the match the Saint Seiya F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
