Spectators: 6963 (Terracing: 5327, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lisandro Feliz made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Apeleg's goalkeeper Jose Bertin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Ostots. The supporters of hincas booed when Apeleg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Baumer might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Bertin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Baumer ran back to his position shaking his head. Jose Bertin stood somewhat misplaced when Nicolas Ostots came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 11 minute. In the 16th minute Marcelino Jerrald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apeleg's Jose Bertin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Apeleg from getting a goal against them. If Nicolas Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jose Bertin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes of play, hincas's Nicolas Ostots made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jose Bertin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Apeleg's zone, Nicolas Ostots stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Bertin came out of the goal and Nicolas Ostots tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolas Ostots struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Jose Bertin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for hincas. The crowd rose to their feet as Oscar Baumer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jose Bertin. That made the score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, hincas's Nicolas Ostots nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Bertin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Ostots to make the kick off. Simon Seber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Domingos Balasi made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Nicolas Ostots put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jose Bertin. With a little luck, hincas's Domingos Balasi got control of the ball when Marcelino Jerrald tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcelino Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Domingos Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Balasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Feliz in the 73rd minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Apeleg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Botello to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, Nicolas Ostots had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Bertin. Apeleg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Ostots was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Apeleg's Jose Bertin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Ostots in the 84th minute of play. Bartolo Gonsalve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Ostots might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Bertin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Ostots ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the match, Nicolas Ostots notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Apeleg's Jose Bertin. Jose Bertin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. hincas fully deserved thier win.
