Gaspar Quilino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gökdeniz Karadeniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Quilino having to interfere. ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P.'s Remigio Fernado got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Monumental booed when ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökdeniz Karadeniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P.'s Gökdeniz Karadeniz got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaspar Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Fernado, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Remigio Fernado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Quilino was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Basilio Pacho made the kick off in the second half. Leonides Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marcelo Primo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Juan Tello came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Tello couldn't finish the play. Gaspar Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Pacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Gaspar Quilino was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Remigio Fernado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Remigio Fernado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Leonides Velasco's late challenge caught a ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After a defensive mix-up in Monumental's zone, Remigio Fernado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaspar Quilino came out of the goal and Remigio Fernado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigio Fernado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Gaspar Quilino made a huge save. Gaspar Quilino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigio Fernado's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Basilio Pacho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gaspar Quilino, 0-4. Gökdeniz Karadeniz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Quilino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Monumental was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Oroitz to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Monumental's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Fernado came free, but Gaspar Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Tauro notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Monumental's Gaspar Quilino. Gaspar Quilino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Remigio Fernado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gaspar Quilino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigio Fernado in the 95th minute. ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P. were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Monumental's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gökdeniz Karadeniz took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Juan Tello managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The Monumental fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ATTAQUE 77 U.D.P. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
