In the 13th minute Primitivo Ofelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Covunco FC's Godofredo Breogan got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Covunco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Ofelio came free, but Moises Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Jeremias Quexal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moises Herena. Covunco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Quexal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Covunco FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CA Lanús de Tucumán:s goal. Moises Herena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Quexal in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Primitivo Ofelio in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moises Herena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Primitivo Ofelio put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Moises Herena. Moises Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Moises Herena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Ofelio in the 48th minute of the match. The Covunco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CA Lanús de Tucumán were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Jeremias Quexal made the kick off in the second half. If 周烨阳 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 played minutes CA Lanús de Tucumán got a freekick which was hit by Damian Rocio. Covunco FC's Moises Herena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Covunco FC from getting a goal against them. The Covunco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moises Herena should have stopped the shot. Moises Herena was a little too slow when Jeremias Quexal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-4. With a little luck, Covunco FC's Moises Herena got control of the ball when Primitivo Ofelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, CA Lanús de Tucumán's Primitivo Ofelio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Herena was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Quexal in the 81st minute of play forced Covunco FC's goalkeeper Moises Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Herena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Quexal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Herena made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Albino Hats sent off a good shot on target. 86 minutes into the match, Covunco FC's goalkeeper Moises Herena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albino Hats. Albino Hats took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moises Herena. Moises Herena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Primitivo Ofelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Moises Herena made a huge save. A collision led to Covunco FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alfonso Guillerme hit a great ball. If Marcos Dolfos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Jeremias Quexal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded CA Lanús de Tucumán left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Covunco FC.
