In the 12thth minute of the game Aldo Etxepare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Irigoyen's Omar Sayvion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Irigoyen's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Kerridge came free, but Omar Sayvion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tambillos's Manuel Bladi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Tambillos from getting a goal against them. Diego Loren charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Loren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Angelino Matro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manuel Bladi was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Diego Loren was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Irigoyen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tambillos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
