The supporters of JR Riquelme FC booed when Carboni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Franco Rivera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, Hermengildo Ekain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guaberto Bartoleme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Guaberto Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Inocente in the 18th minute of play. Guaberto Bartoleme came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Carboni's Hermengildo Ekain. But to his dismay, Hermengildo Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 25 minutes into the game, Braulio Sagrario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JR Riquelme FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carboni the free kick. Braulio Sagrario hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Ibar hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Guaberto Bartoleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Ekain in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carboni's Hermengildo Ekain got a free kick in the 35th minute. JR Riquelme FC's Guaberto Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Inocente in the 38th minute of play. If Carlos Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Aristides Inocente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Guaberto Bartoleme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Franco Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to JR Riquelme FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Teyo Espuga hit a great ball. After 55 played minutes JR Riquelme FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Urre. Guaberto Bartoleme was a little too slow when Hermengildo Ekain got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-4. Hermengildo Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. JR Riquelme FC's Guaberto Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Ekain in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Ekain in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guaberto Bartoleme saved JR Riquelme FC from getting behind. Guaberto Bartoleme made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Hermengildo Ekain sent off a good shot on target. Guaberto Bartoleme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Ekain went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The Carboni fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Carboni's Hermengildo Ekain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 82 minutes into the game, Isaias Perutxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carboni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JR Riquelme FC the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Carboni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Perutxo to maneuver through the defense. Carboni's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
