Bernabe Dominguez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Guasayán's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Jaunzuria came free, but Bernabe Dominguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Edwardo in the 17th minute of play forced Guasayán's goalkeeper Bernabe Dominguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Roberto Edwardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Dominguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Dominguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Edwardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Rexino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Abarca having to interfere. The Guasayán players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Corralense Fútbol Club were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Edwardo was the one to do the kick off. Bernabe Dominguez made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Herminio Ixidor sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Beltran in the 59th minute of play forced Corralense Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Luisito Abarca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Corralense Fútbol Club booed when Guasayán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Jaunzuria who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Bernabe Dominguez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, Guasayán's goalkeeper Bernabe Dominguez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Jaunzuria. Bernabe Dominguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Edwardo in the 80th minute of play. Bernabe Dominguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Maraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute Iker Laurendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Dominguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Pastor Jaunzuria made a precise shot to the right of Bernabe Dominguez. Guasayán's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luisito Abarca came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Guasayán's Arnulfo Beltran. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Beltran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Corralense Fútbol Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guasayán.
