Spectators: 6631 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1631, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aureliano Joachim kicked off to start the match. If Aureliano Joachim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emilio Tipi kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Aureliano Joachim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Volcan got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Botello. After a defensive mix-up in Volcan's zone, Ramon Vedillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Brun came out of the goal and Ramon Vedillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aureliano Joachim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Volcan's Arsenio Berart in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chas's goalkeeper Feliberto Gonzo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 24 played minutes Chas got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Beat. In the 26th minute Aureliano Joachim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Chas's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Berart came free, but Feliberto Gonzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Bidari hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Arsenio Berart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliberto Gonzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Americo Brun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Betadur in the 34th minute of the match. Ramon Vedillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Americo Brun made a huge save. After some careless play in the Volcan defense, Ramon Vedillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Brun. The Volcan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Brun should have stopped the shot. Guaberto Betadur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Brun having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guaberto Betadur to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Vedillo in the 52nd minute of play forced Volcan's goalkeeper Americo Brun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ramon Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Vedillo in the 55th minute of play forced Volcan's goalkeeper Americo Brun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Volcan's Americo Brun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Betadur in the 58th minute of play. Adolfo Guipuzkoa charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Guipuzkoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Chas got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Guipuzkoa. With a little luck, Chas's Feliberto Gonzo got control of the ball when Arsenio Berart tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chas's Feliberto Gonzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Chas from getting a goal against them. Ramon Vedillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Brun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Arsenio Berart who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Feliberto Gonzo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guaberto Betadur in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Brun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Guaberto Betadur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Brun was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 89 played minutes Chas got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Betadur. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Joachim in the 90th minute of play forced Chas's goalkeeper Feliberto Gonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Adrian Haritz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adrian Haritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Gonzo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Joachim in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Gonzo saved Chas from getting behind. There was no doubt that Chas were the better team. Chas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
