With a little luck, Mazarredo FC's Ruben Ederono got control of the ball when Benjamin Peli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Artemio Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruben Ederono made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Mikelats in the 36th minute. Saul Handi kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Evaristo Iraunkor lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Ruben Ederono. After a defensive mix-up in Trancas's zone, Eugenio Paul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Pero came out of the goal and Eugenio Paul tried to chip the ball over his head. Eugenio Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Trancas had won after a very even match.
