FC Barcelona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s Romeo Romano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Callejeros Inocentes F.C. from getting a goal against them. Jeronimo Cebo's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Cebo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s Jeronimo Cebo got a free kick in the 9th minute. A collision led to Callejeros Inocentes F.C. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Benedicto Abadia hit a great ball. Anier Oxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s Anier Oxel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Generoso Astudillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Enrique Rey reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romeo Romano. The goal made the score 1-1. When Enrique Rey came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Rey couldn't finish the play. Anier Oxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Astudillo having to interfere. Cristian Casado might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Astudillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Casado ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona's Delmiro Loco got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tiburcio Raitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Romeo Romano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anier Oxel struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Generoso Astudillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Callejeros Inocentes F.C.. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Callejeros Inocentes F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Abadia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 57th minute Cristian Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Astudillo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s Cristian Casado. But to his dismay, Cristian Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Rey in the 61st minute of play forced Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s goalkeeper Romeo Romano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Casado was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tiburcio Raitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Romeo Romano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Anier Oxel notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC Barcelona's Generoso Astudillo. Generoso Astudillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Enrique Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Rey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Romano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Rey in the 90th minute of play forced Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s goalkeeper Romeo Romano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Enrique Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC Barcelona's Generoso Astudillo got control of the ball when Cristian Casado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Callejeros Inocentes F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
