Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Miranda's Segundo Gregory started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erubiel Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Meder in the 3rd minute of the match. Santiago Leizarraga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erubiel Sayvion having to make a save. Emiliano Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the game, Segundo Gregory recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primitivo Ler. Segundo Gregory showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Primitivo Ler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 14 minutes into the game, Santiago Leizarraga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Erubiel Sayvion was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 26 minutes into the match, Miranda's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Leizarraga came free, but Erubiel Sayvion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Eustaquio Meder in the 32nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Santiago Leizarraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Erubiel Sayvion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barranqueras FC's goalkeeper Primitivo Ler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eustaquio Meder came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Barranqueras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Meder couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Segundo Gregory hit a great ball. The supporters of Barranqueras FC booed when Miranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Edorta didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Meder in the 49th minute of play forced Miranda's goalkeeper Erubiel Sayvion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustaquio Meder was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Marquez in the 52nd minute of play forced Barranqueras FC's goalkeeper Primitivo Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Leizarraga in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erubiel Sayvion, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Leizarraga got free with Erubiel Sayvion in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Gregory in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Primitivo Ler saved Barranqueras FC from getting behind. When Jonatan Argina fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barranqueras FC's protests and gave Jonatan Argina a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Barranqueras FC's Jonatan Argina got a free kick in the 78th minute. Emiliano Marquez took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Ler. Primitivo Ler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Eustaquio Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Meder in the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Barranqueras FC booed when Miranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Gregory didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Erubiel Sayvion managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Barranqueras FC's Santiago Leizarraga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Primitivo Ler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Marquez went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Donato Peyo's late challenge caught a Barranqueras FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Peyo helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Miranda's zone, Eustaquio Meder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Sayvion came out of the goal and Eustaquio Meder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miranda's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
