Niceto Camerino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the game, Nueva Chicago de Rauch's Alvaro Lizbeth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Camerino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Lisandro Neron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Kaiet, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Trejos FC's Jesus Argi got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Radu Abraham fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trejos FC's protests and gave Radu Abraham a yellow card for diving instead. 87 minutes into the match, Trejos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Lizbeth came free, but Niceto Camerino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Tadeo Nahia made a precise shot to the right of Niceto Camerino. Trejos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Trejos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nueva Chicago de Rauch.
