Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Leonides Santiago lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Victoriano Osoitz. Edgardo Arnau kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, C.A. BANFIELD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Perrando to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Francho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafino Viator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Osoitz having to interfere. Victoriano Osoitz was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Serafino Viator capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Serafino Viator really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Rosendo Francho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 30th minute Leonides Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Kepa charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Kepa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to The Faraone F.C getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Alfredo Kepa hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Leonides Santiago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Victoriano Osoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rosendo Francho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Victoriano Osoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leonides Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, C.A. BANFIELD's Victoriano Osoitz threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonides Santiago, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonides Santiago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Santiago in the 51st minute of play forced The Faraone F.C's goalkeeper Victoriano Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victoriano Osoitz came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. BANFIELD's Leonides Santiago. But to his dismay, Leonides Santiago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Nofre in the 60th minute of play forced The Faraone F.C's goalkeeper Victoriano Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Rosendo Francho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonides Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Osoitz having to interfere. If Leonides Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Rosendo Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. BANFIELD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Francho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rosendo Francho came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the C.A. BANFIELD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosendo Francho couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Santiago in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Osoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rosendo Francho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute, Serafino Viator ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Osoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Serafino Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Victoriano Osoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Osoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonides Santiago went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute, Rosendo Francho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. BANFIELD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. If Serafino Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
