Gogo Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeo Demario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Osoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Pirguita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Manex. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Iliana in the 19th minute of play forced Pirguita AFC's goalkeeper Romulo Sadurni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gogo Ganix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Galoer in the 26th minute of play forced The Faraone F.C's goalkeeper Victoriano Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pirguita AFC's goalkeeper Romulo Sadurni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pirguita AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Alfredo Kepa scored to the left of an out of position Romulo Sadurni, making the score, 1-1. Gogo Ganix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in The Faraone F.C's zone, Gogo Ganix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Osoitz came out of the goal and Gogo Ganix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute Tadeo Demario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes, Augusto Fidele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Faraone F.C and the Pirguita AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pirguita AFC booed when The Faraone F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Fidele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute, Silvestre Delfino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pirguita AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half Pirguita AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Feliciano Galoer made the kick off in the second half. Gogo Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes The Faraone F.C got a freekick which was hit by Julio Ipar. Federico Iliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Romulo Sadurni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Pirguita AFC booed when The Faraone F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Blai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Osoitz having to interfere. Gogo Ganix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victoriano Osoitz having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in The Faraone F.C's zone, Tadeo Demario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Osoitz came out of the goal and Tadeo Demario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gogo Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Federico Iliana scored 2-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Sadurni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gogo Ganix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gogo Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 99 minutes, Gogo Ganix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirguita AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Ganix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
