Arnaldo Padro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cirujanos & Enfermeras getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Arnaldo Padro hit a great ball. Delmiro Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Casimiro Cutberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Gonsalve in the 11th minute of play forced Cirujanos & Enfermeras's goalkeeper Casimiro Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cecilio Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azulcuesta's Angel Gonsalve got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Conrado Nabar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azulcuesta's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Nabar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Cutberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Pudes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Azulcuesta's Conrado Nabar got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Azulcuesta's Aurelio Eduino managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Arnaldo Padro in the 40 minute of the game. Aurelio Eduino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angel Gonsalve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Casimiro Cutberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Adan Viator made the kick off in the second half. Casimiro Cutberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Gaskon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Gonsalve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azulcuesta's Angel Gonsalve got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angel Gonsalve struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Casimiro Cutberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azulcuesta. Casimiro Cutberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Gonsalve's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Oscar Gutierrez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azulcuesta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Gutierrez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Angel Gonsalve ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casimiro Cutberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Angel Gonsalve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cirujanos & Enfermeras's Ruperto Lauro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Casimiro Cutberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Gonsalve in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Delmiro Gaskon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Gonsalve in the 79th minute of play forced Cirujanos & Enfermeras's goalkeeper Casimiro Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes Cirujanos & Enfermeras got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Pudes. In the 85th minute Angel Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Eulalio Inguma made a precise shot to the right of Casimiro Cutberto. Cirujanos & Enfermeras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 93rd minute, Angel Gonsalve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Cecilio Alvarez suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Abelardo Matteo's late challenge caught a Cirujanos & Enfermeras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Matteo helped the player get up and apologised. Lázaro Larra walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. There was no doubt that Azulcuesta were the better team. Azulcuesta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
