After a rather tough play, Palmita AFC's Ambrosio Cebo got a free kick in the 6th minute. Palmita AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Christiano Quadros scored to the left of an out of position Orlando Pello, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th minute Conrado Irrintzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin van der Saar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Christiano Quadros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Bakar took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Pello. Orlando Pello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 24th minute, Gonzalo Machuca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Christiano Quadros sped through Palmita AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orlando Pello. 34 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Cebo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmita AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chimenea FC the free kick. Christiano Quadros might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Pello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christiano Quadros ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute, Palmita AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Juan Bakar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Chimenea FC booed when Palmita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Valery didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pablo Valery made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Palmita AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Quadros came free, but Orlando Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Juan Bakar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chimenea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Bakar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Pello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christiano Quadros in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Pello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Chimenea FC's Christiano Quadros in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palmita AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rdth minute of the game Christiano Quadros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmita AFC's Orlando Pello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led Chimenea FC's Christiano Quadros to fire away a dangerous shot which Orlando Pello despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christiano Quadros in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlando Pello saved Palmita AFC from getting behind. After 65 minutes, Christiano Quadros made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Palmita AFC's Orlando Pello tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chimenea FC's Christiano Quadros got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christiano Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Christiano Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derrick Rose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Pello having to interfere. Orlando Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Quadros in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Christiano Quadros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmita AFC's Orlando Pello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Christiano Quadros put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Orlando Pello. Orlando Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiano Quadros in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Christiano Quadros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chimenea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Christiano Quadros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Pello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chimenea FC's Christiano Quadros got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Juan Bakar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chimenea FC fully deserved thier win.
