If Nicanor Sadurni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimeno Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Ledesma in the 41st minute of play. The audience was convinced that 贺战昂's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florencio Jenaro was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 贺战昂 was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Armando Constancio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florencio Jenaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Sadurni in the 75th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bonifacio Cefero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosas's supporters rose to their feet, but Bonifacio Cefero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Calisto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Rosas's Gilmar Velloso got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 86 played minutes Sinsacote got a freekick which was hit by Armando Constancio. 贺战昂 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Jenaro having to interfere. Nicanor Sadurni struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Florencio Jenaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinsacote. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Sinsacote players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
