In the 12th minute, Luis Xabel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Ricart was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Chaime got free with Eriberto Hibai in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Ricart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Pacifico in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by NAVAL XIXÓN CP's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enzo Fraco was slow to take the kick. During this time LOS UNIDOS DE N. CHICAGO's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Cristobal Bento got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Ricart quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luis Xabel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Guido Chaime ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Hibai was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Marco Ricart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Xabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. NAVAL XIXÓN CP's Marco Ricart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Xabel in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Guido Chaime's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Hibai was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Luis Xabel scored 2-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Ricart, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Rainerio in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Hibai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 53rd minute, Ambrosio Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dalmacio Rainerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Hibai having to interfere. In the 61st match minute, NAVAL XIXÓN CP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Rocendo to maneuver through the defense. If Luis Xabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Nicanor Refugio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LOS UNIDOS DE N. CHICAGO's Leonides Pacifico got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Obeko kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Guido Chaime who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS UNIDOS DE N. CHICAGO's Eriberto Hibai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to NAVAL XIXÓN CP getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Nicanor Refugio hit a great ball. Dalmacio Rainerio struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Eriberto Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NAVAL XIXÓN CP. Dalmacio Rainerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Guido Chaime had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eriberto Hibai. LOS UNIDOS DE N. CHICAGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Chaime was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. There was no doubt that NAVAL XIXÓN CP were the better team. NAVAL XIXÓN CP's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
