Marco Ricart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Dubardo in the 31st minute of play. Armstrong FC's Froilan Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Chaime in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Rainerio in the 34th minute of play forced Armstrong FC's goalkeeper Froilan Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Mücahit Taşel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Benino's late challenge caught a NAVAL XIXÓN CP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Benino helped the player get up and apologised. Abelardo Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The Armstrong FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Belmiro should have stopped the shot.
