Spectators: 6934 (Terracing: 5307, Seating: 1627, VIP seats: 0) Desiderio Manni started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Germano Maranhense was a little too slow when Florentino Lano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. Germano Maranhense made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Vicente Isaio sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th match minute, Coihueco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Bibiano to maneuver through the defense. Florentino Lano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Germano Maranhense made a huge save. Romulo Teodor came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Coihueco FC's Pablo Tomi. But to his dismay, Pablo Tomi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With his leg Germano Maranhense managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Curapaligüé's Vicente Isaio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Curapaligüé's Romulo Teodor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Tomi in the 36th minute of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Pablo Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coihueco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Tomi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Coihueco FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 59th minute, Pablo Tomi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Romulo Teodor, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Tomi in the 60th minute of play forced Curapaligüé's goalkeeper Romulo Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Coihueco FC's Pablo Tomi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romulo Teodor. Romulo Teodor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Desiderio Manni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Coihueco FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Curapaligüé a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonas Arnalt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Coihueco FC's Germano Maranhense. 2-3. Pablo Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Tomi might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romulo Teodor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Tomi ran back to his position shaking his head. After 83 played minutes Coihueco FC got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Bibiano. Germano Maranhense went to the wrong direction when Jonas Arnalt was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Coihueco FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
