In the 4th minute of the game Valentin Cordairo made a throw-in which Igor Chorche played forward. 5 minutes into the match, Trinidad's Abelardo Urbasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiro Rameriz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severiano Umea didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Rosendo Rioja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Severiano Umea made a huge save. Los Pachorras FC's Guido Henry pulled a muscle in his leg after 16 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Narciso Roldanillo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trinidad's protests and gave Narciso Roldanillo a yellow card for diving instead. If Braulio Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Erubiel Itzaina notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Trinidad's Severiano Umea. Severiano Umea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Los Pachorras FC booed when Trinidad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Roldanillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo Urbasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ramiro Rameriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teodoro Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severiano Umea made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Rosendo Rioja sent off a good shot on target. After 43 played minutes Trinidad got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Bidun. If Rosendo Rioja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Chorche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Severiano Umea made a huge save. Joel Guillem charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Guillem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Urbasa made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Chorche in the 56th minute of play forced Trinidad's goalkeeper Severiano Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trinidad's Abelardo Urbasa got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severiano Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Rioja in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Los Pachorras FC booed when Trinidad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Bidun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Los Pachorras FC's Saul Cerilo tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Chorche in the 78th minute of play forced Trinidad's goalkeeper Severiano Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Umea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Rioja, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Severiano Umea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Rameriz came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Trinidad's Narciso Roldanillo. But to his dismay, Narciso Roldanillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 89 minutes into the match, Trinidad's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Rioja came free, but Severiano Umea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Rosendo Rioja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Severiano Umea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rosendo Rioja took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severiano Umea. Severiano Umea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1.
