Dante Shepherd hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Huracán's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Felo came free, but Urs Fabian Kuster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Ubaldo Santana put in a rough tackle. In the 20th minute of the match Paulino Mikelar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliseo Vistruario skillfully saved the ball. Eliseo Vistruario was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Higinio Raphael showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Paulino Mikelars short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Eliseo Vistruario to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 41 played minutes Club Atlético Huracán got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Firmin. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Paulino Mikelar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Huracán's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Mikelar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Vistruario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Paulino Mikelar made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Huracán's goalkeeper Urs Fabian Kuster had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalmacio Iigo. After 57 minutes, Paulino Mikelar made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ferro FC's Eliseo Vistruario tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Leandro Felo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Urs Fabian Kuster. Club Atlético Huracán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Felo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 87th minute, Guido Abeitia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dalmacio Iigo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferro FC's protests and gave Dalmacio Iigo a yellow card for diving instead. Dalmacio Iigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urs Fabian Kuster having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Ferro FC's Urs Fabian Kuster threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leandro Felo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ferro FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
