Spectators: 7189 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 100) Venancio Muc came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Leon-O's Victoriano Estavan. But to his dismay, Victoriano Estavan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Aurelio Romero might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venancio Muc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Romero ran back to his position shaking his head. Victoriano Estavan had several of the Gardey's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 18 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Venancio Muc as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mauricio Huly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Astor Gil fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leon-O's protests and gave Astor Gil a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gardey booed when Leon-O was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Gil didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Miguel Enol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Justo Rudolfo with Moises Inocente as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Mauricio Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Bizien having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Leon-O's zone, Mauricio Huly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Bizien came out of the goal and Mauricio Huly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Victoriano Estavan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leon-O's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Estavan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustavo Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Mauricio Huly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Bizien. Leon-O's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauricio Huly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Mauricio Huly made the kick off in the second half. Victoriano Estavan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miguel Enol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Estavan struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Venancio Muc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leon-O. In the 65th minute, Leon-O's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mauricio Huly fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mauricio Huly scored 2-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Bizien, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute of the match, Mauricio Huly got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leo Bizien was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 74 minutes into the game, Victoriano Estavan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Venancio Muc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Miguel Enol made a precise shot to the right of Venancio Muc. Gardey's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. After 86 minutes, Freddy Abella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gardey and the Leon-O players grew even worse after the yellow card. Freddy Abella hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Victoriano Estavan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 minutes, Moises Inocente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gardey and the Leon-O players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Leon-O booed when Gardey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Huly's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leo Bizien firmly grabbed it by the left post. Leon-O were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gardey for a fine match.
