After a defensive mix-up in Pavón AFC's zone, Simon Estavan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After some careless play in the Pavón AFC defense, Simon Estavan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Figueroa. The Pavón AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Figueroa should have stopped the shot. After the first half Diablos Rojos F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Gaur to strike the kick off in the second half. Simon Estavan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute.
