Nicasio Xabel came out of the goal and Godofredo Panpili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Leo Bazkoare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicasio Xabel. Estudiantes LP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Bazkoare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The throw-in from Eugenio Jago in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Estudiantes LP's Romulo Ospin. In the 30th minute, Herminio Perico made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Luar. Pampita te re-doy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Estudiantes LP getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Romulo Ospin hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Ruben Onofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 38 in the game by Herminio Perico from a close distance when the talented Gilberto Luar managed to make a qualified save. Pampita te re-doy's players were relieved. Leo Bazkoare's late challenge caught a Estudiantes LP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leo Bazkoare helped the player get up and apologised. 46 minutes into the match, Pampita te re-doy's goalkeeper Gilberto Luar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Camerino. The audience was convinced that Herminio Perico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilberto Luar was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Herminio Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jacobo Argenis fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estudiantes LP's protests and gave Jacobo Argenis a yellow card for diving instead. 97 minutes into the match, Pampita te re-doy's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Perico came free, but Gilberto Luar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Estudiantes LP walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
