A collision led to Nouvelle Eré FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Abel Sandalio hit a great ball. Baldomero Richie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Venceslao in the 20th minute of the match. Salvador Sal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Baldomero Richie made a huge save. Siro Venceslao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Baldomero Richie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Sebastian Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Richie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Venceslao in the 35th minute of the match. Gavino Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Astudillo in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Honorio Farias notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of river plate's Gavino Polo. Gavino Polo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Honorio Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nouvelle Eré FC's Saul Guerau got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salvador Sal to make the kick off. German Bras's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gavino Polo firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 59th minute Siro Venceslao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Richie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Sandalio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Gavino Polo made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastian Astudillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gavino Polo. That made the score 0-4 in the 62 minute of play. Sebastian Astudillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Polo having to interfere. Gavino Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Astudillo took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavino Polo. Gavino Polo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Astudillo got free with Gavino Polo in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, river plate's goalkeeper Gavino Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Sandalio. river plate's Gavino Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Farias in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Aristides Hanni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
