Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaias Jeraldo started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaias Jeraldo in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmiro Chaime saved Tamberías from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Tamberías's zone, Isaias Jeraldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Chaime came out of the goal and Isaias Jeraldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Isaias Jeraldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tamberías's Delmiro Chaime was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute Ahmet Ceyhan Ertüze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Chaime saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Aires got free with Fabio Policarpio in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute, Luciano Ermengol fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fabio Policarpio, passed just outside the right post. 25 minutes into the match, Club Sarmiento de leones's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Ermengol came free, but Fabio Policarpio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ceyhan Ertüze in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmiro Chaime prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Isaias Jeraldo made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Chaime. Tamberías's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 37 minutes into the match, Isaias Jeraldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Delmiro Chaime. Tamberías's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Jeraldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 41st minute, Benedicto Lorencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaias Jeraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Delmiro Chaime tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Jeraldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Club Sarmiento de leones were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Ermengol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Ceyhan Ertüze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Chaime having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ahmet Ceyhan Ertüze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Sarmiento de leones's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Ceyhan Ertüze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Chaime breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmiro Chaime was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Isaias Jeraldo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isaias Jeraldo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 72nd minute, Ahmet Ceyhan Ertüze made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Chaime. Tamberías's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Delmiro Chaime showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Jeraldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Club Sarmiento de leones's Isaias Jeraldo managed to work through Tamberías's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Isaias Jeraldo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Isaias Jeraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Chaime having to interfere. If Isaias Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Club Sarmiento de leones could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tamberías throughout the match.
