The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cristobal Illart made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Hipolito Vistruario sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Fénix AFC defense, Ermegildo Unax kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristobal Illart. The Fénix AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristobal Illart should have stopped the shot. Isaias Confesor's late challenge caught a LOS CANAYAS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Confesor helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Fénix AFC got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Confesor. Hipolito Vistruario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Cristobal Illart skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 26 minutes into the match, Hipolito Vistruario notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Fénix AFC's Cristobal Illart. Cristobal Illart was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Fénix AFC's zone, Hipolito Vistruario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Illart came out of the goal and Hipolito Vistruario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to LOS CANAYAS FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Elpidio Lluciano hit a great ball. Hipolito Vistruario had several of the Fénix AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Cristobal Illart as he didn't even see the shot coming. Hipolito Vistruario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Fénix AFC's zone, Florencio Mantzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Illart came out of the goal and Florencio Mantzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Ixona hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hipolito Vistruario was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Hipolito Vistruario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS CANAYAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Vistruario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fénix AFC's Isaias Confesor got a free kick in the 54th minute. Julian Chan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristobal Illart having to make a save. LOS CANAYAS FC's Hipolito Vistruario got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Florencio Mantzio came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the LOS CANAYAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Mantzio couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Vistruario in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristobal Illart saved Fénix AFC from getting behind. In the 62nd minute, Ermegildo Unax got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Vistruario in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristobal Illart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristobal Illart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Vistruario in the 66th minute of the match. If Ermegildo Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaias Confesor kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Honorato Pancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS CANAYAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Pancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hipolito Vistruario scored 7-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristobal Illart, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ermegildo Unax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Illart having to interfere. Fénix AFC's Cristobal Illart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Vistruario in the 81st minute of play. Ermegildo Unax took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristobal Illart. Cristobal Illart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Jacobo Corderall took a quick shot and it went in 8-1 without a chance for Albano Maurin to make any attempt to save it. Elpidio Lluciano charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elpidio Lluciano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Elpidio Lluciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 95 minutes, Ermegildo Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. There was no doubt that LOS CANAYAS FC were the better team. LOS CANAYAS FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
