With a little luck, MATADORES's Artemio Otsoko got control of the ball when Tomás Estebano tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Baldomiro Lop fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VUELO 86's protests and gave Baldomiro Lop a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MATADORES booed when VUELO 86 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute Ladislao Ederono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes, Tomás Estebano made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. MATADORES's Artemio Otsoko tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ildefonso Liher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Otsoko having to interfere. If Tomás Estebano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Edu Nogueira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Virgilio Xabat kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Artemio Otsoko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Estebano in the 42nd minute of the match. VUELO 86's Leo Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Eguen in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Eguen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leo Bermudo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After 57 minutes of play, VUELO 86's Ildefonso Liher made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Otsoko was left in no man's land by his defense there! 60 minutes into the game, Gaspar Abella was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MATADORES's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VUELO 86 the free kick. A collision led to MATADORES getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Gaspar Abella hit a great ball. Aaron Peio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, MATADORES's Ladislao Ederono got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 83rd minute Tomás Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Otsoko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Godfredo Uzuri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. MATADORES's Artemio Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Nogueira in the 86th minute of play. VUELO 86's Baldomiro Lop suffered a sore knee after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Gaspar Abella was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. The supporters of VUELO 86 booed when MATADORES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ildefonso Liher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Otsoko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Estebano's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that VUELO 86 were the better team. VUELO 86's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
