Spectators: 6659 (Terracing: 5369, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 90) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amílcar Silva got the match started through his kick off. Alvaro Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílcar Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Alvaro Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pirguita's zone, Roque Truylos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Osoro came out of the goal and Roque Truylos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Apolo Nuno charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Apolo Nuno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, one of Pirguita:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pirguita. The referee gave HURACAN a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amílcar Silva, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pirguita's Alvaro Osoro. 0-1. Roque Truylos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Osoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Amílcar Silva scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Osoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amílcar Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Osoro having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Roque Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HURACAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Truylos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HURACAN's Roque Truylos got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvaro Osoro came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by HURACAN's Amílcar Silva. But to his dismay, Amílcar Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 44thth minute of the game Amílcar Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirguita's Alvaro Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honorato Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Galtero to make the kick off. The supporters of Pirguita booed when HURACAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Artaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Ortle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Nuno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. HURACAN's Jacinto Ortle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Galtero in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Florentino Galtero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Ortle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 68th minute Florentino Galtero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Ortle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roque Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Truylos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Pirguita's Florentino Raebert got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Roque Truylos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílcar Silva in the 80th minute of play forced Pirguita's goalkeeper Alvaro Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Osoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amílcar Silva's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the game, Amílcar Silva lined in a short shot 1-6 behind a frustrated Alvaro Osoro. When Roque Truylos came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the HURACAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Truylos couldn't finish the play. After 94 played minutes Pirguita got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Gurutz. In the 96thth minute of the game Amílcar Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirguita's Alvaro Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. HURACAN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
