After 7 played minutes Chanilao got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Sayvion. In the 10th minute, Placido Nevada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Epifanio Presebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Chanilao got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Gaxan. 22 minutes into the match, Jaime Pinheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Epifanio Presebal. Chanilao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Pinheiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Epifanio Presebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pinheiro in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Pinheiro in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Presebal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Xofre Alabern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Presebal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pinheiro's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The supporters of Club Atlético Racing Club booed when Chanilao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Sal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pinheiro in the 41st minute of play forced Chanilao's goalkeeper Epifanio Presebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Policarpio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Dolfo having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Teodoro Leizarraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47th play minutes Jaime Pinheiro shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Epifanio Presebal and just under the crossbar into goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donato Sal was the one to do the kick off. Jaime Pinheiro in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Epifanio Presebal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Club Atlético Racing Club's Maximiliano Bide shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Epifanio Presebal but with some difficulty. Jaime Pinheiros short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Epifanio Presebal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Epifanio Presebal made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Jaime Pinheiro sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pinheiro in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Presebal saved Chanilao from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Jaime Pinheiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Racing Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Jaime Pinheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Epifanio Presebal made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Pinheiro got free with Epifanio Presebal in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Pinheiro made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 79thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Epifanio Presebal would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 80th minute, Fabricio Birila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodoro Leizarraga charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro Leizarraga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teodoro Leizarraga hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Jaime Pinheiro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Epifanio Presebal 85 minutes into the match. Epifanio Presebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Teodosio Perico notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Chanilao's Epifanio Presebal. Epifanio Presebal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Chanilao's Jose Ereinotz got a free kick in the 96th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Racing Club's Donato Walme broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match was over Club Atlético Racing Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chanilao throughout the match.
