Spectators: 7120 (Terracing: 5341, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Apolo Arias kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Uclar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Arias came free, but Florencio Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Hector Sendoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Reyes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute of the match Chacarita Juniors got a corner. Uclar AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hilario Esquipula ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marciano Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute of the match Hilario Esquipula shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florencio Pedroso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Orlando Tomi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Florencio Pedroso made a huge save. After having played for 34 minutes, Fulgencio Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uclar AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Unax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fulgencio Unax struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Marciano Reyes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uclar AFC. Octavio Txeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Txeru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Uclar AFC's Octavio Txeru got a free kick in the 48th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Orlando Tomi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Pedroso having to interfere. Arsenio Isaio charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Isaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes Uclar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Isaio. In the 60th minute Octavio Txeru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Reyes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Fulgencio Unax took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Marciano Reyes to make any attempt to save it. Octavio Txeru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hector Sendoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chacarita Juniors's zone, Octavio Txeru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Reyes came out of the goal and Octavio Txeru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Unax who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Marciano Reyes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Chacarita Juniors's Marciano Reyes got control of the ball when Fulgencio Unax tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Uclar AFC's Hector Sendoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Reyes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fulgencio Unax got free with Marciano Reyes in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes Uclar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Berto. When the final whistle sounded Uclar AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chacarita Juniors.
