He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Estudiantes de la Plata reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silverio Aurre was the one to do the kick off. ALMAFUERTE FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Rocio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Matias Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de la Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Fernandez came free, but Joaquin Rocio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ALMAFUERTE FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Orlando Aguilera hit a great ball. Amador Rudolfo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Pawel Biegun made a huge save. After having played for 66 minutes, Şamil Yağızhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALMAFUERTE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şamil Yağızhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 69 minutes, Desiderio Alvarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estudiantes de la Plata and the ALMAFUERTE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ALMAFUERTE FC booed when Estudiantes de la Plata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Modesto Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the ALMAFUERTE FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
