Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Murillo Reis kicked off to start the match. Alfonso Tiniebra did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Alvaro Tancredo 4 minutes into the match. Alfonso Tiniebra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of España booed when malandras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Maties didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Leon Rolado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 played minutes Alfonso Tiniebra could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 2-0 into the left cross. Paulino Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Isaio in the 18th minute of play. If Murillo Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Tiniebra in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Tancredo saved malandras from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Dante Petri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Petri charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Petri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, malandras's Dante Petri got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alfonso Tiniebra managed to get in a good position for a shot. España's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Tiniebra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Tancredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd match minute, España was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Jon to maneuver through the defense. Paulino Pacorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Rolado, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Elvio Aires notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of España's Paulino Pacorro. Paulino Pacorro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Alvaro Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murillo Reis in the 52nd minute of play. Alfonso Tiniebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Gergori hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Laureano Furtado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulino Pacorro. España's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alvaro Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo Reis in the 69th minute of the match. Dante Petri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Paulino Pacorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Tancredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Tiniebra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Tancredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murillo Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murillo Reis in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Tancredo saved malandras from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, malandras's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Reis came free, but Alvaro Tancredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th match minute, malandras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Aires to maneuver through the defense. Fidel Maties hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute of the match Miguel Gergori shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvaro Tancredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Tiniebra in the 86th minute of play forced malandras's goalkeeper Alvaro Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alfonso Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that España were the better team. España's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
