Spectators: 6914 (Terracing: 5284, Seating: 1620, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santo Lico got the match started through his kick off. Cornelio Txindoki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godofredo Aznar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Godofredo Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Txindoki in the 6th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Pichaihué got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Quinteros. In the 16th minute, Cornelio Txindoki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godofredo Aznar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Hickman's Elvio Garaile got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Pichaihué's Santo Lico slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celso Chago. That made the score 1-1 after 25 minutes of play. 29 minutes into the match, Hickman's goalkeeper Celso Chago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucio Ignazio. Godofredo Aznar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Lauren, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Godofredo Aznar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cornelio Txindoki's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. If Edgard Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lino Eneto hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. If Edgard Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lucio Ignazio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cornelio Txindoki made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Hickman's zone, Lucio Ignazio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Chago came out of the goal and Lucio Ignazio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Wilfredo Remir fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hickman's protests and gave Wilfredo Remir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Wilfredo Remir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Edgard Lauren fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Godofredo Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Txindoki in the 64th minute of play. Cornelio Txindoki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Godofredo Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Eneto kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Cornelio Txindoki rounded Pichaihué's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. When Elvio Garaile fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hickman's protests and gave Elvio Garaile a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hickman getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Elvio Garaile hit a great ball. Cornelio Txindoki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godofredo Aznar made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Edgard Lauren sent off a good shot on target. Edgard Lauren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Godofredo Aznar made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Pichaihué's Lino Eneto got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After 95 minutes of play Hickman's Elvio Garaile was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 95th match minute, Hickman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Garaile to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Hickman could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pichaihué throughout the match.
