The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Artemio Pitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Markel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dionisio Markel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabian Gaitan in the 5th minute. In the 13th minute, Teodoro Bautista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dionisio Markel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Artemio Pitin kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Javier Uxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Inocencio Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Uxio in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Neto saved San Ciro AFC from getting behind. If Javier Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Balde's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Teodoro Bautista scored to the left of an out of position Dionisio Markel, making the score, 2-0. When Basilio Eron fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Ciro AFC's protests and gave Basilio Eron a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, San Ciro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Eron to maneuver through the defense. Javier Uxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Inocencio Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Balde's Javier Uxio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Balde getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Lisandro Taurino hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Teodoro Bautista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dionisio Markel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Bautista in the 49th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Bautista made a kick off. Balde's Dionisio Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Bautista in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Gaitan in the 59th minute of play forced Balde's goalkeeper Dionisio Markel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Markel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Uxio got free with Inocencio Neto in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute, Balde's Amancio Ermengol seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Amancio Ermengol the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Balde protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Amancio Ermengol had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Balde fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee gave San Ciro AFC a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aurelio Pere, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Balde's Dionisio Markel. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Bautista in the 71st minute of play forced Balde's goalkeeper Dionisio Markel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Markel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Pitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Basilio Eron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Markel. Balde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Basilio Eron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 81 minutes of play, San Ciro AFC's Fabian Gaitan made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Markel was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to San Ciro AFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Basilio Eron hit a great ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Balde's goalkeeper Dionisio Markel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Teodoro Bautista made a precise shot to the right of Dionisio Markel. Balde's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
