Cornelio Gonsalvo's late challenge caught a Embarcación AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Gonsalvo helped the player get up and apologised. Cornelio Gonsalvo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. If Cirilo Peli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Embarcación AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Pinto came free, but Karl Cadieux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Basilio Calvino fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macataclasto AFC's protests and gave Basilio Calvino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26thth minute of the game Baltasar Oihenarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macataclasto AFC's Justo Aballe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Cirilo Peli notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Macataclasto AFC's Justo Aballe. Justo Aballe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rdth minute of the game Baltasar Oihenarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macataclasto AFC's Justo Aballe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 minutes, Baltasar Oihenarte made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Macataclasto AFC's Justo Aballe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Justo Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Peli in the 36th minute of play. Basilio Calvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Jurdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Cadieux having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Justo Aballe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Peli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Aballe was a little too slow when Cirilo Peli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-4. Karl Cadieux showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Pinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Cirilo Peli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Embarcación AFC's Prudencio Montrell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justo Aballe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Embarcación AFC's Karl Cadieux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Calvino in the 68th minute of play. Cirilo Peli might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Aballe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cirilo Peli ran back to his position shaking his head. Baltasar Oihenarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Justo Aballe made a huge save. A collision led to Macataclasto AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Bernardino Donostia hit a great ball. Baltasar Oihenarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Justo Aballe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-5 became the score in the 88th minute when Cirilo Peli elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Karl Cadieux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Pinto in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Cirilo Peli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Justo Aballe, 0-6. Embarcación AFC played a much better game than Macataclasto AFC and deserved their victory. The Macataclasto AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
