After 41 played minutes Recalde AFC got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Dominix. After having played for 44 minutes, Konstantinos Perdikopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talita AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konstantinos Perdikopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Talita AFC's Desiderio Charro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Talita AFC from getting a goal against them. Desiderio Charro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes Talita AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ricardo Muno who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Talita AFC's goalie and right to Erubiel Dominix. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Talita AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Erubiel Dominix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Desiderio Muno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Recalde AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantinos Perdikopoulos came free, but Maximo Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstantinos Perdikopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Roldan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konstantinos Perdikopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 76th minute Konstantinos Perdikopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Roldan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Konstantinos Perdikopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per Kühnen scored 1-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximo Roldan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Talita AFC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Fernan Orlondon hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Recalde AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Talita AFC.
