Aurelio Eneto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Conrao hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Ariel Aznar scored 0-3 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Eneto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Edelmiro Haitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelio Eneto was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. If Edelmiro Haitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Moises Faro fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Banfield's protests and gave Moises Faro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Banfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Faro to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Eneto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Haitz in the 23rd minute of play. Leon Conrao kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Severino Lluterio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Ariel Aznar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Aurelio Eneto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pincha Campeon FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benedicto Quinto in the 35th minute. Benedicto Quinto made a great header on Pincha Campeon FC's corner, it was just that Banfield's Aurelio Eneto managed to reach the ball for a save. Hugo Mendez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Conrao went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After 41 minutes of play, Pincha Campeon FC's Tymoteusz Maurycy made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Eneto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Haitz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Zacarias Unax came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Banfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Unax couldn't finish the play. After 60 minutes of play, Pincha Campeon FC's Ariel Aznar made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelio Eneto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edelmiro Haitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Conrao kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Aurelio Eneto made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ariel Aznar sent off a good shot on target. Hugo Mendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Fanuco in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Banfield's goalkeeper Aurelio Eneto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edelmiro Haitz. Tadeo Cerilo charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Cerilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pincha Campeon FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Tadeo Cerilo hit a great ball. Aurelio Eneto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Lluterio in the 84th minute of the match. Edelmiro Haitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Banfield's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Aznar came free, but Aurelio Eneto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
