Delmiro Ciceron started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiang Guang Yang in the 5th minute of play forced Banfield's goalkeeper Aurelio Eneto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Marcu Racoviceanu made a precise shot to the right of Aurelio Eneto. Banfield's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Marcu Racoviceanu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Aurelio Eneto to make any attempt to save it. Marcu Racoviceanu scored 3-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Eneto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelio Eneto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Aranda in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Los Guerreros booed when Banfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Conrao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Eneto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Racoviceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Eneto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiang Guang Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Delmiro Ciceron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th match minute, Banfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Huly to maneuver through the defense. Marcu Racoviceanu in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aurelio Eneto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aurelio Eneto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiang Guang Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Eneto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcu Racoviceanu went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Banfield's Aurelio Eneto got control of the ball when Marcu Racoviceanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jiang Guang Yang had several of the Banfield's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Aurelio Eneto as he didn't even see the shot coming. 44 minutes into the match, Adrian Aranda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio Eneto. Banfield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Aranda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jiang Guang Yang to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Jiang Guang Yang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio Eneto. Banfield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jiang Guang Yang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Aurelio Eneto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jiang Guang Yang's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Los Guerreros's Jiang Guang Yang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Eneto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Marcu Racoviceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aurelio Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Eneto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Racoviceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Marcu Racoviceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiang Guang Yang in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Eneto saved Banfield from getting behind. Aurelio Eneto came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Guerreros's Jiang Guang Yang. But to his dismay, Jiang Guang Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Jiang Guang Yang struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Aurelio Eneto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Guerreros. In the 89th minute Jiang Guang Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Eneto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Jiang Guang Yang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Guerreros's supporters rose to their feet, but Jiang Guang Yang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Eneto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmiro Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Brás having to interfere. Los Guerreros's João Brás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Fanuco in the 96th minute of play. Los Guerreros walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
