Alfonso Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Sancho having to interfere. Paulo Guib came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Altamira AFC's German Gelmiro. But to his dismay, German Gelmiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Altamira AFC's Carolo Sancho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Altamira AFC from getting a goal against them. Romulo Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romulo Mikelats blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Guib having to make a save. Altamira AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Alfonso Teofilio scored to the left of an out of position Carolo Sancho, making the score, 1-2. Eulalio Bonadona kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. With a little luck, Altamira AFC's Carolo Sancho got control of the ball when Eulalio Bonadona tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Altamira AFC's Romulo Mikelats in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moreira AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Romulo Mikelats managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altamira AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Romulo Mikelats was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Guib breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfonso Teofilio was the one to do the kick off. Moreira AFC's Paulo Guib proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Moreira AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 54 minutes, Alfonso Teofilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moreira AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Teofilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romulo Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. German Gelmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Guib having to interfere. After 68 played minutes, Altamira AFC's Lorenzo Checa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo Guib came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Altamira AFC reached it. Paulo Guib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Moreira AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lorenzo Checa was slow to take the kick. During this time Altamira AFC's players had a chance to rest. In the 76th minute, Alfonso Teofilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Guib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Moreira AFC defense, German Gelmiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Guib. The Moreira AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Guib should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Moreira AFC's Vladimiro Garin got a free kick in the 89th minute. German Gelmiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paulo Guib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Gelmiro in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Garin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moreira AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altamira AFC the free kick. In the 96th match minute, Moreira AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Garin to maneuver through the defense. The Altamira AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
