With his leg Justino Abar managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Triulzanga Fútbol Club's Teodoro Vedillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Teodoro Vedillo came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Triulzanga Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Vedillo couldn't finish the play. Teodoro Vedillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Justino Abar made a huge save. Justino Abar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Mingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Teodoro Vedillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Vedillo got free with Justino Abar in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Teodoro Vedillo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Triulzanga Fútbol Club's protests and gave Teodoro Vedillo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Teodoro Vedillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mercedes's Justino Abar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes from getting a goal against them. Triulzanga Fútbol Club's Teodoro Vedillo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A hard shot 32 in the game by Angel Garin from a close distance when the talented Justino Abar managed to make a qualified save. Mercedes's players were relieved. In the 35th minute, Sergio Martinez made a precise shot to the right of Justino Abar. Mercedes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Vedillo got free with Justino Abar in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the match, Mercedes's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Mingo came free, but Justino Abar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justino Abar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Vedillo in the 44th minute. Justino Abar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Martinez's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Salbatore Goicoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Quexal in the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matias Lorien to make the kick off. Justino Abar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Garin in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Celestino Mingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Abar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Vedillo's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. If Teodoro Vedillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Abar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Vedillo in the 64th minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Teodoro Vedillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mercedes's Justino Abar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Triulzanga Fútbol Club made a substitution. Sergio Atauri replaced Angel Garin. Justino Abar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes of play, Triulzanga Fútbol Club's Sergio Martinez made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Justino Abar was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Triulzanga Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nicolas Juvenal hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Teodoro Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Triulzanga Fútbol Club's corner Teodoro Vedillo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Justino Abar quite easily take care of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Sergio Atauri notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Mercedes's Justino Abar. Justino Abar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Justino Abar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Vedillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodoro Vedillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Abar having to interfere. Celestino Mingo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Teodoro Vedillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Triulzanga Fútbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Celestino Mingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Triulzanga Fútbol Club were the better team. Triulzanga Fútbol Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
