Spectators: 7026 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pascual Eleazar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fidel Tristan might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rocky Unø. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fidel Tristan ran back to his position shaking his head. Rocky Unø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hats Cuquejo in the 6th minute of the match. Rocky Unø made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Peruanton in the 7th minute. Hats Cuquejo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rocky Unø having to make a save. In the 19th minute, Emilio Peruanton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hats Cuquejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rocky Unø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Barto struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Santiago Haritzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS. Silvestre Harri's late challenge caught a SABALERO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Harri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, Silvestre Harri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29thth minute of the game Hats Cuquejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS's Rocky Unø was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Emilio Peruanton took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rocky Unø to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 35 minutes, Emilio Peruanton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SABALERO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Peruanton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS's Rocky Unø proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS from getting a goal against them. Rocky Unø came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by SABALERO FC's Emilio Peruanton. But to his dismay, Emilio Peruanton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 48 minutes into the match, SABALERO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Eleazar came free, but Santiago Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hats Cuquejo to strike the kick off in the second half. The SABALERO FC fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when SABALERO FC's Hats Cuquejo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 56 minutes, Hats Cuquejo made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS's Rocky Unø tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. SABALERO FC's Claudio Jerrold was substituted for Fidel Tristan. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Rolando Barto managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Barto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Haritzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascual Eleazar struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Santiago Haritzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS. The supporters of C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS booed when SABALERO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Jerrold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Emilio Peruanton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SABALERO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Peruanton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ildefonso Millan hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hats Cuquejo in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rocky Unø prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Emilio Peruanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS's goalkeeper Rocky Unø, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Pascual Eleazar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bonifacio Silvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Unø having to interfere. C.A. NEWELLS OD BOYS's Rocky Unø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hats Cuquejo in the 95th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Emilio Peruanton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rocky Unø was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. SABALERO FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
