In the 44th minute Teodoro Gai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Abaunza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guido Adrio to strike the kick off in the second half. The MoreSimonFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 94th minute, Igor Inge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, Teodoro Gai notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of el diablo's Silvio Abaunza. Silvio Abaunza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over MoreSimonFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than el diablo throughout the match.
