Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vilo FC's Isaias Atarratze started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cubanea's Lucas Sanson got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cubanea's Constantino Gizon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Atarratze in the 6th minute of play. With a little luck, Vilo FC's Leonel Rencio got control of the ball when Gogo Azubeli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10thth minute of the game Isaias Atarratze who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cubanea's Constantino Gizon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Cubanea's Paulino Sol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leonel Rencio. Leonel Rencio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Cubanea getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Silverio Froila hit a great ball. Arsenio Perico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th match minute, Cubanea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Lordi to maneuver through the defense. Constantino Gizon came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vilo FC's Isaias Atarratze. But to his dismay, Isaias Atarratze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Natalio Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Gizon having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Isaias Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Atarratze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Cubanea's Lino Lordi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Rencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a little luck, Vilo FC's Leonel Rencio got control of the ball when Lino Lordi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Vilo FC's goalkeeper Leonel Rencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Lordi. Isaias Atarratze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantino Gizon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Paio to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonel Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Lordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Rencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Paio went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Isaias Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cubanea's Constantino Gizon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Cubanea from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Joel Paio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Rencio was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Lordi in the 61st minute of play forced Vilo FC's goalkeeper Leonel Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Vilo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Lordi came free, but Leonel Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilo FC's Leonel Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Azubeli in the 71st minute of play. Joel Paio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Leonel Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilo FC's Isaias Atarratze got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingos Cisco made in the 80th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gogo Azubeli however managed to control. The audience was convinced that Isaias Atarratze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constantino Gizon was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Leonel Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Lordi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Lino Lordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Vilo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Paio came free, but Leonel Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Sol in the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of Cubanea booed when Vilo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Nel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Isaias Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Atarratze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vilo FC's Isaias Atarratze got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cubanea's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
