Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angel Berbiz started the match with the kick off. After 19th play minutes Carmelo Oliverio shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Benicio Rosio and just under the crossbar into goal. 23 minutes into the match, Victorica FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Escobar. Benicio Rosio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Oliverio in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Victorica FC's Carmelo Oliverio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benicio Rosio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Fulgencio Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Berbiz in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Cavour FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Evangelista. When Alfonso Evangelista fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavour FC's protests and gave Alfonso Evangelista a yellow card for diving instead. Alfonso Evangelista hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Bernabe Urtsua might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benicio Rosio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabe Urtsua ran back to his position shaking his head. If Horacio Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Carmelo Oliverio made the kick off in the second half. Evelio Iaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Orlondon charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Orlondon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Victorica FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Orlondon. Fulgencio Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Tonete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Victorica FC fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Victorica FC's Carmelo Oliverio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 66 minutes into the match, Angel Berbiz notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Victorica FC's Fulgencio Marques. Fulgencio Marques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fulgencio Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Berbiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Cavour FC's Angel Berbiz got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cavour FC's Benicio Rosio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Oliverio in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Cavour FC booed when Victorica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Urtsua didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Escobar in the 78th minute of play forced Victorica FC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute of the match Anibal Maraman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fulgencio Marques skillfully saved the ball. Horacio Escobar scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fulgencio Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute Angel Berbiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
