Racedo were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after Club Atletico Belgrano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Harri took the corner. Igor Harri made a great header on Racedo's corner, it was just that Club Atletico Belgrano's Jaime Shantala managed to reach the ball for a save. 5 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Belgrano's goalkeeper Jaime Shantala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pablo Tohias. In the 9th minute, Osvaldo Garci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jimeno Brion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldo Garci hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Pablo Tohias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 16 minutes of play, Racedo's Igor Harri made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Shantala was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Belgrano's zone, Ceferino Salomone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Shantala came out of the goal and Ceferino Salomone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ruperto Meder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Gilberto Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Meder kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Isaias Teodor hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Harri in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Shantala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jaime Shantala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Tohias went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Fabio Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Oskitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atletico Belgrano's Jaime Shantala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Belgrano from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Harri to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Serafin Oskitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Cordarrel charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Cordarrel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Racedo booed when Club Atletico Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Racedo's Osvaldo Garci pulled a muscle in his leg after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Ruperto Meder fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Belgrano's protests and gave Ruperto Meder a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Club Atletico Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Meder to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Salomone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jaime Shantala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Igor Harri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Club Atletico Belgrano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Shantala should have stopped the shot. If Ruperto Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Harri scored 4-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Shantala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Harri in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Shantala saved Club Atletico Belgrano from getting behind. Jaime Shantala came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Racedo's Igor Harri. But to his dismay, Igor Harri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Serafin Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaime Shantala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Harri's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The supporters of Racedo booed when Club Atletico Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Geleberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atletico Belgrano's Jaime Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Harri in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Racedo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
