He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UNICOS reached it. 5 minutes into the game, Aureliano Mirande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emiliano Iratxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Marado F.C. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Aurelio Oliveiro hit a great ball. Julian Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Emiliano Iratxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Iratxo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Haitz's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After 19 minutes, Artemio Cidro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marado F.C. and the UNICOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Artemio Cidro hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Paolo Aguilera fired a really elegant long shot, but Mario Feo threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. When Cipriano Benvide fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UNICOS's protests and gave Cipriano Benvide a yellow card for diving instead. Cipriano Benvide hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes, Marado F.C.'s Leonardo Brais shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emiliano Iratxo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marado F.C. reached it. Emiliano Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Mirande in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Julian Haitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marado F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Emiliano Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Mirande in the 39th minute of play. Emiliano Reyes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Feo having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto Arlo made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Aurelio Oliveiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marado F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Oliveiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Iratxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in UNICOS's zone, Eustaquio Paulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Iratxo came out of the goal and Eustaquio Paulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aureliano Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Iratxo having to interfere. Julian Haitz struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Emiliano Iratxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marado F.C.. Emiliano Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Mirande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Norberto Arlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Feo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes UNICOS got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Arlo. The audience was convinced that Aureliano Mirande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Iratxo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Julian Haitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Emiliano Iratxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Norberto Arlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Marado F.C.'s zone, Norberto Arlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Feo came out of the goal and Norberto Arlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 90 minutes on the clock, Leonardo Brais commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marado F.C.! After 96 minutes, Aurelio Oliveiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marado F.C. and the UNICOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Marado F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Oliveiro. If Emiliano Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
