Martin Viator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Soin in the 8th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Cleto Lapurdi put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Severo Cordarrel. Severo Cordarrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Soter in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Cleto Lapurdi took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Severo Cordarrel to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Dei came free, but Severo Cordarrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Cleto Lapurdi took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Severo Cordarrel to make any attempt to save it. Andres Salvidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Martin Viator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Los Piratas de Alberdi fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Los Piratas de Alberdi's Cleto Lapurdi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Severo Cordarrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Lapurdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Andres Salvidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Viator having to interfere. Victor Dei might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severo Cordarrel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Dei ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Dei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Cordarrel having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Victor Dei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Piratas de Alberdi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Dei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andres Salvidor in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Martin Viator, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Roque Soter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Cordarrel having to interfere. Severo Cordarrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Lapurdi in the 74th minute of the match. Eustaquio Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Cordarrel having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Lapurdi came free, but Severo Cordarrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
