When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Lucas Iyan sped through Racing Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dionisio Paul. Ladislao Cedro's late challenge caught a San Isidro United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ladislao Cedro helped the player get up and apologised. Ladislao Cedro hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The nice shot from Lucas Iyan in the 69thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Dionisio Paul had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 70th minute, Fausto Ibon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dionisio Paul. The goal made the score 1-9. In the 74th match minute, San Isidro United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Ibon to maneuver through the defense. Dionisio Paul didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Iyan went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute, Ladislao Cedro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-10. When the final whistle sounded San Isidro United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club.
